photo-tips

For those of you who have been following me for a while, you know my passion for photography. It is probably the only art form in which I can express myself freely, as it has quite a large technical component. Since time immemorial, I have been taking photographs. Starting with a compact film camera, going on to the first digital cameras with a little more than one megapixel, up to the current cameras. Any medium is good, yes, even a mobile phone, to get started with photography. Because as I always say, the best camera in the world is the one you have with you at that very moment. It’s no use having an SLR camera costing several thousand euros if it’s just sitting at home gathering dust.

The fact that I live in Munich gives me an incomparable setting in which to take photographs. Whether for urban photography or for enjoying breathtaking landscapes in the Alps. In this category, I would like to give advice to those who are just starting out, as well as share all my favourite places to go. Because there are so many little known places in Munich where you can take beautiful and original pictures.

I always try to keep up to date with the latest news in the world of photography, and for that, one of my reference sites is DxOMark. Here you can find a lot of comparisons between different cameras, lenses and even mobile phones. Thanks to it, I have gone from using reflex cameras to the most modern mirrorless cameras. There are some models that offer unbeatable quality without the disadvantage of having to carry bulky equipment with you.
